Stephanie Rosales, M.Ed., LEP, BCBA
CEO & Founder
CVL Team Member since 2010
I am a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience, 12 of which have been in private practice. I apply my understanding of applied behavior analysis, psychological and psychometric principles, curriculum, standards, special education services, policies and procedures as I serve our CVL clients and lead our team members.
As the head of CVL, my knowledge and experience as a member of the business community, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist ensures that CVL attracts and retains talented individuals to serve our client’s needs. Under my leadership CVL has received two 2-year accreditations as a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) and has expanded our services both in terms of geography and the services that we provide.
As a practitioner, my knowledge and experience as an educator, school psychologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst ensures that assessments are thorough and accurate with an appropriate action plan for your child. My experience in public school education has led me to the conclusion that “cookie-cutter” education and intervention programs are not an effective solution to educating individuals with diverse needs. Through application of personal education, experience, and expertise, I assist in guiding individualized interventions that target deficits and build on current strengths.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends whether we’re camping and traveling or just hanging out in the backyard.

Trishta Siqueiros-Villalta, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Director
CVL Team Member since 2017
Throughout my journey with CVL, I have worked as direct staff, a Case Supervisor, and providing supervision to individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA. Now as Assistant Clinical Director, I assist the Executive Clinical Director in overseeing the day to day operations of CVL as well as working to develop additional therapeutic services to offer to our clients.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I have worked with clients from infancy through adulthood. I have a masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology and BCBA certification through California State University San Marcos. At 19 years old, I discovered my passion for working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities as a residential caregiver. Despite working in other fields, I’m most fulfilled when working with our clients and their caregivers. My ultimate goal is to make meaningful changes not only in the clients that we serve, but their families as well.
I continue my education and keep myself up to date with the field of Behavior Analysis by attending conferences and obtaining certifications such as Women in Behavior Analysis, PECS by Dr. Andy Bondy, and OBM Specialist Certification.
On my time off, I love watching reality TV shows and relaxing with my family.

Erica Ruiz
Office Administrator/Billing Specialist
CVL Team Member since 2017
I joined Coachella Valley Lighthouse July of 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and Biller. My previous work experience had been in a dental office. However, as a mother of a premature baby at that time, who was receiving Early Intervention, it sparked an interest to switch career paths. March of 2021 was a special month for me here at CVL as we launched the Early Start/Infant Stimulation program. Now I get to be part of the team who coordinates services for children 0-3 years old. I’m also responsible for office procedures such as onboarding of staff members and clients, and working closely with the Clinical Team in coordination of ABA services/resources.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends whether it’s going to sporting events, dinners, or church where we as family sing or play music.

When I am not living and breathing ABA, I like to go on walks with my two dogs and watch Netflix.
