Coachella Valley Lighthouse provides an exciting, supportive, and fun environment for behavior therapists and early start specialists to thrive as they advance their careers and make a positive difference in the world.

We are organized, yet welcoming. We give our employees all of the clinical guidance they need, yet give them the space to give their own input by contributing their own ideas and approaches. We maintain healthy boundaries with families, while fostering relationships that make the parents and kids we work with feel like we are more than just “therapists.”

Our close-knit team works together so that everybody in the organization is seen, heard, and included in the Coachella Valley Lighthouse family.

We also provide high quality training to our employees to make sure that they are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to provide effective treatment.

Whether you are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) job, or a job as a paraprofessional providing direct support, get in touch and find out about the positions we have available.
