Having an academic tutor allows your child to receive undivided attention with consistent practice toward the SAT®. Your tutor will begin by proctoring a practice exam and analyzing the results to give feedback in areas of strength and weakness for each subsection of the test. This screening can immediately lower stress levels and gives your child the focus needed to succeed.

SAT® CORE AREAS

This exam measures three core areas: mathematics, critical reading, and writing. This content-based standardize test reports student’s academic readiness for college.

Mathematics: Student must be able to compute numbers and operations, algebra and functions, geometry, measurements, analyze data, statistics, and probability.

Critical Reading: Student must be able to read and interpret what is implied in the passages, understand vocabulary and have the ability to comprehend the logic of complex sentences.

Writing: Student must be able to demonstrate advanced writing skills, grammar use, and paragraph revising by identifying errors in writing.
