CVL Joins Second Annual Walk for Autism

It’s likely you’ve taken a moment to look at our website, but if you haven’t visited lately we invite you: This past year we created a website layout that is informative and intuitive to navigate. On the homescreen you will notice three columns that define the specialized services we provide to our community. These services include Pre Kinder to 12th grade learning assessments, 1 to 1 tutoring in multiple subjects, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy.

Coachella Valley Lighthouse (CVL) is a learning center that identifies learner disabilities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum, Dyslexia and other specific learning disabilities. Our learning center has the capacity to offer diagnosis and treatment solutions in house. Our caring team of teachers and behavior technicians, board certified and credentialed, provide services on a 1:1 ratio. This detail is clearly observed when you walk in through the door for the first time.

In support of a cause we believe in, our ABA team participated in the Walk for Autism, a 5k event held by the Coachella Valley Autism Society of America (CVASA). In many aspects we have a shared mission, to provide support for families and individuals with autism in the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. This belief empowers our community to honor someone with autism and helps us to be mindful of unique learners.
